Tiling Bathrooms & Floor

Hello All,

I am due to move into a new house (1000sq - semi D) next month and I have general question to ask. I know this is very vague but how much do you reckon I would need to set aside for tiling a hall, Kitchen\Dinning Room and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite size and one medium size) - including putting the tiles in. I know you would have to know room sizes etc but as an est??

Anything to watch out for?

A lot will depend on what materials you want to use, there's a huge variation between cheap ceramic and marble. Using the search facility here you'll find plenty of posts guiding on the price of tilers per square yard, this and the price of the tiles you are interested in should give you a good guide. Estimate the room sizes yourself.
