Looking for advise. We are renovating the house and hoping to tile hall and kitchen. What are the advantages and disadvantages of marble vs porceline? All answers are greatly appreciated.

I'd imagine price would be a major differentiator. Marble will be more expensive and may also cost more to install. Marble will also require more maintenance, you will have to seal and polish every now and then. It does look fantastic though.
