Biden has decided to leave it to trump whether or not to ban tik tok or else bring it into US ownership, So what will happen?

i think tik tok themselves decided to go down in order to pressure trump to sort it quickly, a bit of a risky strategy given trump, he is only recently a tik tok apologee but does he want to be seen to cave into a chinese company pressure tactics
