Does anyone know if Ticketmaster will refund tickets due to serious illness. I bought 9 tickets for a comedy gig but my mam is dying in hospital. Any advice welcome.

Sorry to hear that Princess09. I think your best bet is to phone them directly and explain your situation. Their T&Cs say tickets will not be refunded after purchase.

Another alternative is to try off-load them via .
