Im looking at buying a three bed three story for €300k as living in an apartment at the moment and the missus is pregnant .Its in Clonsilla.Anyone any thoughts of this price

Herself fell in love with a four bed three story in same area but this is going for €370. Anyone any direct experience of the area. Would it be worthwhile putting in a bid of say €310k for a four bed three story in this area
 
question Im asking though has anyone actually put in an offer for a four bed three story in this area for €310 . Its a house that we really want for the long term. Im not sure are ea going that low in this area at the moment
 
Might depend on where in Clonsilla, people use Clonsilla as a catch all for areas that aren't Clonsilla. Alos would depend on the house and location. Don't let being pregnant make you rush a decision.
 
Friend of mine is selling a 4-bed end-of terrace three storey in Tyrrelstown for €310,000.
