Thoughts on ICS??

Hi all

Have full mortgage approval from ICS.

Havent dealt with them before .

Anybody have any comments/thoughts on ICS re the mortgages etc ?

We're with ICS and haven't had any problems with them at all. Communications have been very good also, in my experience.

We had our original mortgage through ICS (and changed about 1 year ago to avail of a better LTV from a different provider), ICS were a pleasure to deal with, there communication with us was always prompt and clear, and they all carried out all our requested without me having to follow up. I would recommend them.

I've been with them for almost four years and never had a problem, tracker rate changes were passed on immediately, communication was clear and their online account website is quite handy.
