Lift your right foot off the floor and rotate in a clockwise direction.

Put your right hand in the air and with your finger draw the number 6.

For some reason, I have no idea why, your foot starts to rotate in an anti clockisde direction. It is physically impossible to keep your foot rotating clockwise.

What's the big deal? Your foot is obviously following the direction that your finger is telling it to go in.

Whats the big deal.

Im sitting at my computer, I lift my right foot and rotate it clockwise fully. I then make the number 6 with my right hand. Nothing happens. My foot remains fully rotated about40deg from centre.
Am I missing something? Is this a wind up?

Yes, but your brain is telling your foot to rotate in the opposite direction to that that your finger is telling it to go in.

No, rotate your foot in a circular motion so that it is constantly moving. I think you may be just twisting your foot.

So I should be swinging my leg from the hip down? Thats a bit different from rotating the foot.

But I see what you mean now.
