Your personal injuries or the other party's? If you were to hit someone while driving another persons car, the damage to the vehicle and their personal injuries would be covered.
In terms of your own personal injuries - no! And if you think they are automatically covered under your own policy, I would suggest you double-check!! The only way that would be covered would be by way of an additional benefit under the policy. As you cant claim from yourself for your own negligence.
