Thinking of buying second house for office

Hi there.

Thinking of buying a second house to use for an office for my business.

It's not far from Cork city centre. On one of the main roads in. Terraced houses mid twentieth century set up. Wouldnt have too may callers...

Can I work from home? Will the neighbours be upset?

I suspect you would have to apply for planning permission to change it's use from residence to place of business - best place to start would be the co council.

Also if there is a planning application required then you all neighbours will have the chance to object !
