THinking of Buying a French eCommerce business

Hi all,

I run a number of Irish ecommerce sites. We are thinking of purchasing a complimentary business in France and hope to move there within 12 months.

I have two main questions.

1. What is the best way to organise ownership of the business? A company, or single person company resident in France?

2. What are the tax implications while we're resident here and running the French business and how does this change when we move to France.

I appreciate this is quite a specialist area. Can anyone recommend someone who has experience in this area?
