i am currently thinking of building as opposed to buying my 1st house. like i read in another thread, more house for my money. tryin to find out a rough estimate as to how much house i would get for est 160k. i've been told that a good rule of thumb is 100 euro for every sq ft. any thoughts or links appreciated.
