I am Thinking about buying a house with Section 23 Owner occupier Allowence; the house costs 350000. I pay tax at the heigher rate. Will this mean a big saving tax wise monthly?
probable best to look at the guide on the revenue website; I didnt mean to mislead you but it was my understanding that section 23 relief was only available against Case V (rental income)- Section 23 Owner occupier relief is available against total income
