Theory test - any spots avaialable before april 4th?

Hi, i've just been looking on line to see if there's any spots left for the theory test before the april 4th deadline and can't find anything. Does anyone know if there'll be additional spaces becoming available due to high demand? If so where are most likely centres? I've gone through various centres to search but there doesn't appear to be the ability to search across centres. Thanks.
