I pass a newly errected sign for this new dev off the N25 ('tween Carrig and Little Island on the left inbound)

Anyone know anything about it?

i noticed that sign last sunday as well if u can look staright accross from the sign to the far side of the road u can see the houses being built
..it's on the old cork to carrigtwohill road..
i'm not 100% but i think there was/is a hotel there near where the houses are going up
 
Yes, I've seen building going on behind Johnstown (across from the railway station).
