people are found of their borders, fences and walls - that's a fact ... personally i believe that these walls and fences are stretching and the areas inside them will get bigger ... it just can't happen immediately
Amazingly it also encompasses just about all of the worlds functioning democracies. There are other democracies but they are too young for us to know if they are really democratic, i.e. democratic because of a deeply engrained political and legal culture or democratic because of the strength of character of a particular recent of current leader (South Africa is a good example here).
