Anyone watching the Savage Eye on RTE2 Monday nights? I think it is genius stuff.

Very hard hitting but some of the sketches are very funny.

He would have been strung up 10 years ago for some of the things he comes up with.

Yup, agreed Teatime, I love the show (as I previously mentioned here )

watched a few episodes back to back, is some of the most original comedy I've seen in a while. The Mary Robinson & Nick stuff is priceless.
 
interesting how peoples taste differs, I watched 2 episodes and thought it possibly the most unfunny show I have seen on RTE in years, almost as bad as the Hector/Tommy Tiernan chat show on over Christmass
 
I don't like him doing stand up as he is totally not funny but he's found his niche withe the savage eye. Excellent show.
