I am looking at an apartment in the Rectory Stepaside, built by Albany Homes c.2006. Though I love the location and surroundings, I am bit concerned by the finishing in the apartment and worried this might indicate deeper problems with the construction. I have seen a few less than complimentary postings on the interweb about Albany. Does anyone know anything about this development? Have there been any problems with it since construction?
