I bought an apartment in the Orchard Development in phase one through Bulgarian Dreams and have paid the full price on it.It was suppost to be
finished last october 08 but it looks like it wont be finished until next summer.
I am getting nervous as to whether the developer will be able to complete it.If anybody else has bought in this development I would appreciate to hear of their experience.
