Does anyone know if this online business is still operating? I purchased an item of clothing from them on 10 Feb, expected to hear that it would be in the post the next working day (their T&Cs say items should arrive to ROI customers within 3/4 days) but so far I've heard nothing from them. I've emailed them as well but heard nothing back. I've opened a dispute about it with Paypal (they handle this company's transactions) but so far, nothing.

You could try ringing them ?
