The Laval Case keeps being discussed in the run-up to the vote on The Lisbon Treaty. Does anybody know where I could read about this case? Are there any free legal websites / databases that would discuss it?

You can read the [broken link removed] on the European Court of Justice site for free.

You can search for all European case law here including the full text of all decisions, judgments, opinions and orders.

You got there before me....

If you want insight into how European Law has been interpreted by the ECJ just read the case judgements.... many a case from employment to health, human rights, environmental and patient mobility.
