The Financial Regulator

With all the doom and gloom , I have'nt had much to laugh about, that is, until recently when I heard an ad. from a financial institution ;

After telling us how great they were, they added a tail piece to ensure us that they were above board by telling us that they were "regulated by the Financial Regulator".

I fell around the room laughing.

Ironic is it not....................

I have been listening to the same ads, not sure whether to laugh or cry.

Its a poor reflection on the professionalism of the regulator.
