hi,

if the judge says that no record is to be recorded against a misdemeanour but the person has to give money to the poor box instead, is this payment to the poor box kept on record? and if so for how long?

thanks

What do you mean? The court registrar will keep a record of the judgements. There will be no criminal record against the individual though.

i know there is no criminal conviction on record but can anyone access that there was a payment made to the court poor box due to the presence in court?

thanks
