I just closed on my house and I wanted to thank everyone on here for the invaluable advice I got over the last months. Didn't know the first thing about mortgages or house buying before I found this site.
I second this by the way - although I haven't closed yet (fingers crossed), this site has been invaluable. Even though I might not always appreciate the straight talking!!
