Is "Thai Massage " good for 70 years old stressed man ? A freind just asked me about it for his dad on his 70th birthday .
Thanks
Hak.

If it's 'real' thai massage it may be a bit rough for someone who have never experienced one before

I see they have Royal Thai Massage & Herbal and Oil Massage . Which of them would be less rough on him ?

I've had a Thai massage. It involved me lying on the floor and being apparantly tied in knots by the masseuse. She bent my legs towards my shoulders (both when on my front and on my back). Wouldn't recommend it for a 70 year old. Didn't enjoy it that much as was afraid of gaseous escapes and disgusting the masseuse with the noxious fumes!

If massage sounds too painful, why not try reflexology? It's very relaxing, and you don't have to take your clothes off!

You can find a qualified reflexologist on www.reflexology.ie
