Text -asking to call no

Has anybody had a text from an unknown no asking you to call back- it states to press call now. Very official looking message. Is it a scam ?
 
If the number the text came from was a normal Irish mobile number, then it's likely to be someone on a PAYG phone using the free 'call me' text facility. If you deffinitely don't know the number, then whoever sent it typed in the number incorrectly.
