A chargeback is where you can request a refund of monies paid from the credit card provider:
This happens in cases where companies have ceased trading and the purchaser has not received items purchased etc
Would like to know if anyone has experience of this with Tesco, as i sent & faxed in all the documentation and the said the posted out a letter to me over a week ago, which i should complete and return...but i still have not received it...I rang and the informed me it should take 7-10days to receive the letter !!
In my experience in dealing with Tesco Finance: is everything is a long drawn out affair...
