I will be renting out an apartment in the next 2 months.

What is required legal and tenant wise in order to let me do this.

Draw up/downlaod tenancy agreement
Advertise

Newbie question, but you can hardly purchase/download a standard tenency agreement can you?

I will register on commencement of rental, it's just getting the agreement drawn up.
 
I think that standard tenancy agreements are available from solicitors' stationers and the like but you might want your solicitor to also advise you?
 
Might as well as get the solicitor involved then, he can sort it during the purchase proceedings for new house. Cheers for info guys.
