Hi,

Have to bring my son up to temple street tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone knows what the parking situation is around that area as I'm not at all familiar with Dublin.

Any help appreciated.
 
There's a Car Park on Eccles St between the two Mater Hospitals. Eccles St is directly opposite Temple St., with Dorset St perpendicular to the two of them.

If you're coming from Temple Street, go straight through the junction with Dorset St. and the car park is about 200m on the right. There's pay and display parking around Temple St. but if you don't get a spot try the car park.
 
Paul - parking around Temple St is NOT GOOD. Would strongly recommend yu use teh car park as indicated by VonTrapp

Where are you coming from?

Drumcondra train station is not too far away. It serves the Sligo, Longford, Maynooth line.

Hi folks,

Thanks for the replies.

After battling with the port-tunnel traffic yeterday, managed to find some street-parking close to Temple Street (EUR2/hour, max 3 hours).
