Temple Bar - Music Hall Apartments

I notice there are 3 apartments for sale in Music Hall Temple Bar for "very reasonable" prices. While I know the property market is slow the prices being quoted for these properties look extremely low to me given the superb location and the very strong rental potential on the properties. I own a 1 bed in this building. The properties are all two beds and are all starting at euro317,500. Does anyone know what's happening here?

Had a look on Daft. The rooms are very small. What are the management fees?
