Telestunt mixup?

Hi,
Just received my UTV phone bill for "July" and it includes phone calls dating back to February!
These phone calls are all Telestunt 1520 numbers I use to call mobiles.
I called UTV and they said its because telestunt only just passed on the bill to them. I'm not questioning the validity of the calls except that I dont like receiving an unexpectedly large bill last month.

1) Has anyone else experienced this?
2) Are they allowed to do this - is it worth mentioning to Comreg?

I don't understand where UTV are coming from - you would imagine that UTV had a rate for 1520 calls and therefore would charge during each billing period as with all other calls. The bill they receive from Telestunt is for Telestunt's margin of the call and has absolutely nothing to do with your account with UTV.



What you can't argue with is the cost of the calls (with Eircom they are 15 cent a minute I think) . Your only complaint is that UTV let them build up - they have no excuse for this.
