Telephone handsets with call barring feature?

Having just moved from BT to UPC fibre broadband and home phone, I'm trying to pick up a couple of replacement digital cordless telephones to use instead of the Siemens one provided. I currently have one old handset — a bought 4 or 5 years ago — that allows me to set up call barring by specifying number prefixes, e.g. "08" or "15". Very useful when you have a partner and kids like mine.

UPC can provide call barring on the line, but they charge €15 to set it up and €3/month thereafter, so I'd prefer to just buy a phone that lets me do it from the handset. I've trawled through a few catalogues and downloaded user guides for many of the newer telephones, but none seems to have this feature anymore. Sadly, the Panasonic KX-TGA711 is no longer produced as new, and none of the newer Panasonic models I've seen seem to have this feature. Can anyone recommend telephone makes/models that do?

I have been searching for one too, but haven't bought yet.
I can't post a link, because I don't have more than 15 posts here on AAM, but the Panasonic KX-TG8421EB, is available on the same site as your link above. It is a single phone, with call restriction for up to 6 numbers or area codes. The user manual is there, so you can check if it's what you need.

Much obliged to you hiitsonlyme.

Pricey yokes, aren't they? Even on eBay they seem to fetch a lot more than would a similarly-featured equivalent in other brands...

Update: hiitsonlyme, I just found http://www.argos.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=30001&catalogId=1500002201&langId=-1&searchTerms=5525889 (this) on special offer in Argos at €24.99. Pity there isn't a similar reduction on the http://www.argos.ie/static/Product/partNumber/5525896/Trail/searchtext%3EBUSH+MAGRA+TELEPHONE.htm (twin set).
