Tele Directory for Mobiles

Is there such a thing as a telephone directory (web based or book form) for Irish Mobiles?

I'm trying to track down a guy that did a job for me last year and I can't find him anywhere. I had his mibile no. in my wallet but I did a big cleanout before the hols and everything got dumped.
