TEAC Hi Fi comparison.

Hi.
I was considering buying the TEAC CR-H257i in colour black from Peats @ Euro 420 until I came across an offer from Richer Sounds for the
TEAC CR-H227 in colour silver @ Euro 174.
The spec appears to be the same for both units so apart from the colour and a slightly different product code do you think i am I looking at the same system.

Does the '227 have DAB?

According to the tec data it has a AM/FM RDS Tuner.

OK, then DAB is the difference. Quite a premium for it, but it's normal for old models to be heavily discounted, especially when a popular feature new is introduced.

What was the price before the new one came out. maybe its always been this price.
