Td waterhouse Share dealing

Hi folks,
I am considering opening a share dealing acc. with this uk/irish regestered company,as I am sick and brassed off paying huge fees to the irish companies.I would like to know if they are regulated here, and how safe my money is with them.thankyou in advance
