TBESS deadline

Anybody know if the TBESS deadline will be extended ? Some suppliers only sent out the July invoices last week so it was impractical to submit final claim.
 
I'm in the same boat but according to the Revenue website , the closing date is gone. I am actually still waiting on June-November 2023 invoices from Flogas , so I couldnt complete my rebate claims. Anyone know if there will be an extension on the Sept 30th closing date ?
