Taxation form and Capital Gains Tax

Each year I complete the taxation form for the previous year (C12 form). My questions are: I sold my private house last year (2004) and need to know if I need to include it in my tax return for 2004 which will be due for return in October 2005 - I know that I do not have any CGT liabilities. Also, if I need to declare it on the C12 form, what section do I use to do this? Any advise appreciated

If it was your PPR for full period of ownership then no liability arises.

Don't bother returning it.
