I gave up my job in august and returned to college full time, i am now studying in wales.
as a student am i entitled to a full tax refund or will i just get back the amount i overpaid for the year because im not working now?
any help appreciated
 
You will get the amount you overpaid. Students are not treated any differently for tax purposes than anyone else.
