Tax return & vodafone dividends

Hi
I am filling in my tax return for 2007.
I received some dividends from vodafone and it appears that they should be included in Line 301 Great Britain & NI Dividends. But there is no place to put in the tax credit.... can any one please help - I am surely entitled to the tax credit ?
