Could somebody please clarify something for me with regards to a section on the tax returns form.
Under section 20 - Other Pension(s) (Subject to PAYE Tax)
Name of payers..........................................................
Gross amount of income...............................................

I assume that this is filled out only if I have started to recieve my pension??
Also under section 23 - Employment/Pensions (NON-PAYE), what is the difference bbetween the two??

Also, where could I get the OMV for a company car for the year 2003, would the revenue have that info?

Yes but it does say "other" pension, the main pension details go in where details of employment go. I think there is a section for pensions iirc

I think this section relates to additional income which is not subject to PAYE i.e. small additional jobs possibly part time jobs etc

Can't help you here, revenue is probably your best bet if on one can help you here.
