TAX Relief on Tuition Fees

Hi All,

Just a quick qusetion with regards claiming tax back with regards tution fees, my employer paid for me at day one for the course but im leaving work to travel and i have to pay back my employer for the Course.

Am i entitled to claim back Tax relief for the course fees?

Does the burden of the expense fall upon you or your employer?

Have you checked that the course is Revenue approved for tax relief?
 
Well my Company have paid 30% of the course but since im leaving to go traveling i will have to pay the remaining 70%.

Im pretty sure the course is approved for Tax relief.
