Tax Relief on Tuition fees

Hi,
I'm doing a masters degree by night and have paid my tuition fees for the year. It is an approved course for tax relief, I went to the tax office and have since received my updated statement of tax credits (€1000 for tuition fees)
Will my employer get a copy of these updated credits? and also will I get the money back in one lump sum or increased tax credits across the year?

The employer gets a copy of the update.
If the cert is "cumulative", i.e. from 01/01/07 then the relief from Jan-now would be in a lump and the rest then goes over the rest of the 2007 year.

If you apply for the relief toward the end of the tax year (August onwards), they will usually pay you the lump sum.
