Tax Relief on Tuition Fees

Hi Everyone,

I am just wondering can i claim tax relief on tuition fees paid in 2005 even though i didnt pay any tax as my tax credits were more then my liability. Also when can you claim back this relief for amounts paid in 2006?

No. You can't claim a refund of tax if you haven't paid tax in the first place.
