Tax relief on pension

I usually meet the accountant around May time to settle for the previous year's tax liability. At that stage I get the tax allowance for the pension contrib. for the previous year. When I meet up this year, should I get the pension tax relief for the previous year along with the relief for the pension contrib from Jan to Oct of this year?

Is this a self employed or PAYE query? If it's PAYE then you should be just getting your pension tax (and PRSI!)relief directly from Revenue assuming contributions are not done through payroll with relief granted at source.
