Hi, my husband and I recently separated. He stayed in the family home and to do so took out a new mortgage on it. I have bought a new house. All of this happened in 2012. I am entitled to tax relief and have applied for same. My question is 'is my husband entitled to tax relief on his new mortgage?'.
