I have lived with my partner in her home for the last 4 years. Since I moved in I have paid the mortgage each month as she is unemployed.My question is is it possible for me to claim tax relief on the mortgage even though my partner took the mortgage out on her own and my name is not on any paper work.Hope iv explained the situation ok,look forward to reading any advice posters may have.
