Tax Relief for Private Health Insurance

Is it possible to claim Tax Relief for H.S.A Health Insurance Premiums when one also has BUPA and receives TRS on the BUPA Premiums...???

How do you claim if so ...form 12 at year end...???

Don't think so - I don't think HSA comes under the strict definition of health insurance, as it is really a cash policy rather than one which pays your medical bills for you.

I checked this before with the revenue and was told that it didn't apply due to being a cash plan as rainyday stated.
