Tax relief: building "home office" in back garden

Hi,
I'm a PAYE worker who spends a lot of time (~60%) working from home. I am thinking of building an outside "home office" in my back garden so that I can make phone calls without the sound of kids in the background. The prices range between 18K and 28K. Would I be eligible on tax relief for such a purchase as it is purely for work pruposes ?

Slightly off topic, but there is an article about home offices in todays Sunday Business Post.

One guy supplies them, at starting at lower prices than you have quoted.
