Sorry now but i am new to Ask About Money and Forums so this may be in the wrong place.

Basically myself and my girlfriend bought a house with a joint mortgage. My question is do we both need to fill out the TRS 1 form?

Are we both entitled to tax relief on the mortgage or how does it work?

Yes - you jointly fill in the TRS1 form.

If you are joint purchasers/mortgage holders yes.
