Tax rate on ishare sterling dividends?

i cannot seem to find the answer to the following questions when i did a search....

1)...i receive sterling dividends from a Ishares UK Ftse 100 etf.

What rate of tax do i pay on these dividends???? I am correct in assuming its 23% as its an etf????

2)....do revenue issue an official sterling to euro conversion figure???

3) on ROS i notice i have to enter my sterling dividends converted to euro....
