Tax on new house

Hi Could someone please answer my query. I am building a house at the moment which is due to be finished in about 4 months. Everything regarding the house is in my name. I am hoping to get married next September. No date set yet! If I sell the house after I get married will I be liable for tax bills. Any help would be appreciated.
 
If you have lived in the house as your PPR (Principal Private Residence) in the intervening period (e.g. March-September 2008?) and sell the house within 12 months of vacating it as your PPR then you would presumably not be liable for any taxes (in particular CGT). However if in doubt get professional advice.
